Our tutoring sessions are scheduled for 45 minutes, allowing time for our students to take a break between tutoring lessons and our tutors to prep between sessions. Our current rates are as follows:

• $40.00 per single 45 minute lesson
• $185.00 per package of FIVE 45 minute lessons (This is a $15.00 discount!) This saves you $3.00 per lesson. All five lessons in this package must be used within 30 calendar days or the lessons expire. This package is best suited for parents who desire 1-2 tutoring lessons per week for their student. 
• $350.00 per package of TEN 45 minute lessons (This is a $50.00 discount!) This saves you $5.00 per lesson. All ten lessons in this package must be used within 30 calendar days or the lessons expire. This package is best suited for parents who desire 2+ tutoring lessons per week for their student.
• If you refer a new student to us and that student purchases a TEN session package, you will receive ONE session free. Your free referral session must be used within 30 calendar days.

When you schedule a lesson, that specific date and time are reserved for you. If you cannot attend your lesson, 24-hour notice is required. This will avoid any charge for your missed lesson. No-showing, canceling, or rescheduling your lesson within 24 hours of the scheduled time indicates that you are agreeing to pay for the time you reserved, and you will automatically be charged a no-show/ late cancellation fee of $15. Emergency situations can be discussed at your earliest convenience. 

We appreciate your timely payment of tutoring fees. Tutoring payments are invoiced to the parent in advance of the scheduled appointment. Balances not fully paid within 24 hours of the completion of the tutoring session will incur an additional $10.00 which will be automatically added to the balance.
